Handmade goods

Every item is handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations in size, color, and stitching are normal and part of the charm of crochet, not defects. Product photos are representative; colors may vary slightly by screen.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order. Custom orders are quoted individually based on your specifications. Payment is required at checkout; orders are not shipped until payment is confirmed.

Returns

Our return policy is described in detail on our Returns & Exchanges page. Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days; custom orders are final sale unless damaged or not as described.

Intellectual property

All shop content, designs, and product images are the property of CozyYarn and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

CozyYarn is not liable for indirect or accidental damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
